Two-Speed Hand-Operated Hydraulic Pumps With Reservoirs

CP Series hand-operated pumps combine two-speed performance with built-in reservoirs to help reduce pumping effort and improve system efficiency. These pumps move quickly at low pressure, then automatically shift to high pressure when full force is needed. Standard off-the-shelf configurations are available, along with custom reservoir capacities, release styles, materials, and other features to support unique hydraulic system requirements.

• Manual pressure release valve included
• Adjustable overload relief valve included
• Pressure ratings available up to 20,000 PSI
• Automatic changeover at approximately 300 PSI

Available Configurations:
• Base or flange mounting options
• 4-way valve configuration available
• Screw release for controlled lowering or cam release for rapid pressure reduction
• Standard reservoir capacities of 80, 160, or 250 in³, with custom sizes available upon request
• Standard Materials: Carbon Steel / Aluminum / Ductile Iron (Additional Material Options Available)
